No Gym? No Problem: 100 workout sessions for our players to work on their fitness
All of our players need to be physically fit and possess excellent technical and coordination skills.
To achieve those goals all players need to train all season long to stay fit and perform well on the pitch.
Fitness training is essential for footballers but, at youth level it is recommended that players train technically & with the ball during team training sessions.
In order to keep on top of individual player fitness we have decided on a selection of exercises (without the ball) that can be done at home & that will work on player cardio, speed & strength which will help guarantee a high level of performance.
Here are 100 workout sessions for you to work on your fitness for football and improve your all-round fitness (without a fitness coach) throughout the season.
All of these drills can be used during the winter break while we only train twice per week. These exercises will help you to work on your speed and explosiveness all year round.
